Although present in many of the foods that we regularly eat, they are only available in low doses. Our diets tend to provide up to eight times more omega 6 fatty acids than omega 3s, and we need the two to be in balance if we want to maintain our health.

Omega 6 fatty acids are often used by the immune system to provide inflammation to the site of illness or injury in order to expedite healing. Omega 3 fatty acids produce healing inflammation as well, but they also have anti-inflammatory properties also. This anti-inflammatory ability is needed in order to cancel out the inflammation produced by the omega 6s, and shut their production of inflammation down. By taking a daily dose of DHA omega 3 oil you can balance out these omega fatty acids, and enable yourself to enjoy a healthier life.

I cannot recommend the use of DHA omega 3 oil enough, because these nutrients truly can change your life. Give yourself the best possible shot at maintaining superior health by making these nutrients the centerpiece of your dietary supplementation.
